We will always do our best to ensure you are absolutely happy and satisfied with your purchases and experience with Parfum Drops. In the very unlikely event that you are not completely satisfied with the quality of service you receive we will do our best to ensure that we resolve any such dissatisfaction within 24hrs of it been brought to our notice.
Under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations, you have up to 7 working days after you have received your delivery to cancel your order. You can email or telephone our Customer Services Team on +44(0) 845 116 2704 for further information.
Please refuse delivery of any cancelled items.
If you wish to return a product you have purchased on parfumdrops.com you may do so providing the item is unused and still in its original packaging supplied by Parfum Drops or any of our partners and in a saleable condition within 28 days of delivery. Your refund will be credited to the original payment card used or you will be issued a store credit.
If the product returned is not in a fully saleable condition or the packaging is damaged, we reserve the right to refuse a refund. Where a product is faulty, damaged or wrongly described, we will refund you the original delivery charge, but not when a product is simply unwanted.
Please note only the product costs will be refunded upon receipt of returned goods.
Parfum Drops will only refund postage charge if the return arises from an error on our part.
All returns should be sent by first class parcel delivery and a proof of postage obtained by the customer for reference purpose if required. All returns must be received by Parfum Drops within 14 days of your receipt of the order to qualify for a full refund or exchange. Any item received after this time may only qualify for a part refund or exchange.
Orders not received, which were dispatched by Standard or Tracked Postage, will not be deemed ‘missing’ until 15 working days have passed, therefore no resend or refund will be offered until after this period. Orders dispatched outside the UK must allow 7 working days.
Please be aware that as part of our commitments to keeping the enviroment clean; Parfum Drops does not issue paper invoices and or delivery note with any order. Upon placing an order you will be issued and electronic invoice and a confirmation of the content of your expected delivery.
The above does not affect your statutory rights relating to damaged or wrongly described products or your right to cancel orders under the consumer protection (distance selling) regulations, further details of which are available from your local trading standard department or citizens advice bureau.
