How long will it take to receive my order?

Orders are normally dispatched within 1 working day of the order date. The majority of orders are received within 3-4 working days. However, as we cannot guarantee the speed of the standard postal service please allow up to 8 working days for delivery to the UK, 14 working days for orders within Western Europe and 20 for orders throughout the rest of the world.

Do you deliver to my address?

We deliver to most postal areas in the UK. Unfortunately we do not deliver to the Channel Islands, Isle of Man and BFPO addresses at the present time.

What if you haven’t got what I require?

New stock arrives daily but we do not operate a back order system. Orders placed for items out of stock will be delivered short and classified as complete. If you wish to receive a weekly E mail of new arrivals please inform our sales staff and this will be arranged.
